Yes, you get half off on your first album design order.

Which album companies can you design for?
We can design for  any album company of your choice. We just need to know the required specifications for the album.

Do you only design albums for weddings?
No. We can design any album for any events or portraits.

Do you offer a design service for matted album?
Yes, we can. We just need the name of the album company of your choice.

How do I submit files to you?
Send your files via our FTP or you may mail us a CD/DVD.

Will you color correct my images?
No. Your files should be ready to go. However, we may convert images to B&W at no charge during the design process if we feel it enhances the design.

How many images should I submit?
The general rule of thumb when submitting your photos is simply send 1-2 images per side or tripling the number of sides as a maximum. We want to avoid a busy/crowded layout. We recommend sending your images in two folders – favorites and additional images (be used as fillers).

What is your turnaround time?
All designs are completed within 7 business days or less.

What happens if I don’t get my design after 14 business days?
We keep our promise. A 10% OFF will be credited towards your order.

How many rounds of revisions can I make?
Unlimited. Yes, we want your happiness.

What happens if my client is taking their time to approve the design?
All alterations are to be finalized within 30 days. Otherwise, after 30 days, the balance will become due at that time. We will keep your order open until it is finalized and we still welcome any request for revisions even after payment is settled.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal & Credit Card.
